Hi Gang,
I'm new about these parts, so... Hi.

I want to modify an old smurfette I bought on eBay, but I know I will need to strip the paint off before I get to work. Does anyone have any ideas on what is the best method for doing this without, of course, dammaging the PVC?

That is a really good question, one I have been wondering about myself. I am going to the store today to look at different paint strippers and will let you know what I find out!

Hallo to you both, I had read a fair few of your postings prior to my own and I appreciate your replies.

Mr.Blue, thanks for the welcome. Please do let me know what you find, I have tried two types of paint thinners that had no effect except to clean off the surface dust (so that was one positive).
I had fun making the avatar, the bunnybiscuits smoogle is one of my future projects I have planned... when I can get my paws on a smoogle.

Hiya Meagan, I'm Pete. Funny that out of the entire world there is another smurf enthusiast in Newcastle, although I read Australia is becomming the place to be when you are small and blue.
I have inherited my smurf collection which includes mostly the older smurfs from my sister. I have only added a few myself, and I don't think I will try to get them all - I am more interested in customising.

I just noticed what was going on in your banner (and to a larger extent your web site), I do hope that smurfette is defending herself from those big roos, rather than attempting to bludgeon them to death.
