Looking for display...
I'm getting ready to set up my smurf room soon (needs new carpet, first!) My husband & I went in there yesterday to play, but I only have 2 shelves to put them on. I've been looking for ideas to set up my collection (I am building a town as soon as I have time! But for now, and for various smurfy items, it needs to be a shelf.)
He has about talked me into keeping with the same type shelves and just buying more of them. But I'll need tiers to set the PVC's on so you can see them all. Where would I get those? I have mine displayed on a bookshelf with tiered shelves inside that my dad made me. My mom recently bought me some more shelves so when my husband gets our house built I'm gonna spread out all my smurfs on to more shelves. If you go to my post called My collection or something you can see how they're arranged. They were really easy to make.

You have really nice pics there and your avatar is also very cool. I have the same problem as you as I need more storage solutions to display my smurfs. A lot of my buildings are now in the bedroom cupboards or stored away but I would love to display everything again. I really liked how Rachel set up her smurf room...have you seen the pics? She has the best smurf room set up I have seen so far. Dyar

Those risers are really cool! He should make those to sell! My husband has a bunch of wood tools, but no time to build them (rebuilding the house instead!) Thanks for sharing!
And, no, I haven't seen Rachel's collection? Where is a link to the photos? |

I have the original yellow store display..I dont know off hand how many it would hold...but let me know if you are interested and ill get you a photo of it.
